Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Staff Data Scientist in a hybrid role to enhance forecasting and planning within the Finance & Business Operations team, responsible for building and maintaining forecasting tools, driving AI adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of forecasting tools, including data pipeline and user interface
• Design and implement user-facing features and optimize internal tools for finance teams
• Drive the adoption of AI capabilities across Finance & BizOps by developing practical tools and documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or applied ML
• Strong background in time-series forecasting and quantitative analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and a primary analysis language, preferably Python
• Experience building internal web tools and dashboards with modern UI frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus
