Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

Owning pricing experimentation and strategy, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will design and analyze pricing tests, build models for optimal pricing strategies, and communicate findings to executives while working in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pricing experimentation from test design through analysis and recommendations
• Develop and refine pricing models and evaluation frameworks for consumer products
• Synthesize complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science focused on pricing experimentation and statistical modeling (PhD preferred or Master's in a quantitative field)
• 5+ years of experience leading pricing or experimentation workstreams, including A/B test design
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis
• Experience independently delivering complex analytical projects across multiple teams
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
