Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

Owning the deep analysis of technical problems in ads delivery, the full-time remote Staff Data Scientist will translate findings into algorithmic solutions and collaborate with engineers to implement and operate these systems, focusing on scaling ads-optimization models.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and optimization solutions
• Train, deploy, and scale machine learning models as high-availability microservices or batch processing workflows
• Establish logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions to track model performance and system metrics

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience
• 8+ years of experience analyzing, implementing, and operating machine learning and/or optimization systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with software engineering best practices
• Experience with ML lifecycle and data processing tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and SQL
• Practical experience in a major cloud ecosystem like AWS or GCP
