Job Summary
Owning and evolving pricing models for a diverse portfolio of collectibles, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will design methodologies for new asset types, build data quality systems, and collaborate with engineering and operations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance pricing models across various asset categories
- Create data quality and anomaly detection systems for external data inputs
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and product teams on pricing-related decisions
Required qualifications
- Strong foundations in applied statistics, economics, or signal processing
- Experience owning a production scoring or pricing system end-to-end
- Proficiency in production-grade Python and SQL
- 5+ years of industry experience or a Ph.D
- Familiarity with sparse, irregular, or adversarial data
