Job Summary

Leading research on lead segmentation and bidding optimization, the full-time remote Staff Data Scientist I will enhance marketing profitability by developing ML models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of ML models for marketing optimization across various channels
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business opportunities into scalable ML solutions
• Mentor junior data scientists in research design and ML model development

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Master's or PhD preferred) with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Expert-level Python skills and extensive experience with advanced ML models, particularly ensemble methods
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools or equivalent platforms for scalable compute and storage
• Demonstrated leadership in developing and deploying real-time models
• Skilled in version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative project contributions
