Staff Data Scientist, Pricing

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end pricing experimentation, the full-time Staff Data Scientist, Pricing will design and analyze pricing tests, build optimal pricing models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing experimentation from test design through analysis and recommendations
• Develop and refine pricing models and frameworks to determine optimal pricing strategies
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to establish pricing vision and priorities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science with a focus on pricing experimentation and statistical modeling (PhD preferred or Master's in a related field)
• 5+ years of experience leading pricing or experimentation workstreams, including A/B test design
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis
• Experience in delivering complex analytical projects across multiple teams
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining oversight for business-ready outputs
