Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to lead the development of personalization systems and machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end personalization initiatives, from opportunity identification to model deployment and testing
• Design and build complex machine learning models, including recommender systems and ranking algorithms

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a similar field
• 6+ years of industry experience in data science or machine learning, focusing on personalization and recommendations
• Proven experience in designing and implementing recommendation engines and ranking algorithms
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with production-ready ML code
• Experience working in cloud-based environments and familiarity with modern data/ML tools and frameworks
