Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Delivery Manager to lead and empower the Product & Engineering organization in delivering high-quality projects and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives using agile practices to ensure seamless coordination between diverse stakeholders
• Facilitate decision-making by collaborating with key stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of software
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, promoting transparency and swift resolution of impediments among teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing agile solutions at all levels of the SDLC, specifically at the organizational level
• Understanding of the SDLC and its impact on delivery output and quality
• Proven experience facilitating agile transformations across varied landscapes
• Ability to coach senior-level leaders in agile practices
• Kanban, SAFe, or Scrum certification
