Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time remote Staff Designated Support Engineer will provide hands-on support for priority customers, focusing on query performance optimization, cost analysis, and system integration while driving issue resolution and maintaining high case quality.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize query performance, providing actionable support to prevent recurring issues
  • Analyze customer warehouse configurations for cost optimization and implement recommendations collaboratively
  • Lead disaster recovery drills and ensure release readiness while advocating for customer needs in issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Architecture, or Data Engineering
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including query debugging and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with distributed database platforms and ETL/ELT tools
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-assisted workflows for technical problem-solving
