Staff Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Designer to bring ideas to life through visual design and conceptual thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of visual designs, typography, visual concepts, logos, and icons
• Brainstorm creative concepts with the project team and help develop original campaigns
• Integrate ideas across multiple mediums including TV, print, and digital

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in the agency space
• A bachelor's degree in Design or a portfolio school education focused on Design/art direction
• Conceptual creative problem solver with strategic application of ideas across all channels
• Strong interest and/or experience in print production and packaging is a bonus
• Collaborative, adaptable, and possess strong initiative
