Staff Designer

Job Summary

Owning the brand and product surface, the full-time remote Staff Designer will refresh the Kits brand, design the AI vocal creation workflow, and ensure ethical AI is visible throughout the product experience.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh the Kits brand to reflect its evolution into a complete AI vocal creation suite
• Design the end-to-end workflow for vocal generation, transformation, and cloning, ensuring clarity and control for producers
• Establish design foundations by overhauling existing systems and creating components, patterns, and documentation for team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both brand and product design
• Proficiency in using AI-native tools such as Cursor or Claude as part of the design workflow
• Experience working as a sole designer or in small teams, managing broad scopes and delivering results
• Comfort with ambiguity at the product level while maintaining precision in execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with PMs and engineers, providing constructive feedback and communication
