Staff Designer
Job Summary
To support the mission of accelerating renewable energy deployment, the full-time Staff Designer will lead the design of product improvements and new features, collaborate with customers and teams, and contribute to the design system in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design improvements to the Euclid platform from sketches to high-fidelity mock-ups based on user needs
- Lead the design of new features and translate existing third-party tools into Euclid's platform
- Collaborate with product and founding teams to prioritize and iterate on product designs that enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in web-based enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to lead design processes based on customer feedback and needs
- Experience with modern design and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Figma, Claude, Paper)
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Passion for renewable energy and creating impactful software solutions
