Staff Designer
Job Summary
Bringing ideas to life through innovative design, the full-time Staff Designer will assist in creating visual designs, concepts, and campaigns across various mediums while collaborating with a creative team in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of visual designs, typography, and logos under the guidance of senior creative staff
- Brainstorm and develop original campaigns in collaboration with cross-disciplinary project teams
- Integrate creative ideas across multiple mediums, including print and digital formats
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a design agency environment
- A bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent education focused on design/art direction
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma
- Curiosity and interest in expanding skills in animation or digital design
- Strong collaborative spirit with a dedication to the craft of design
