Job Summary

To provide advanced technical support and endpoint administration, the full-time Staff Desktop Systems Administrator will manage complex hardware and software issues, optimize endpoint management platforms, and support systems and infrastructure in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the highest escalation point for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues, diagnosing and resolving complex problems
  • Manage and optimize endpoint management platforms while maintaining endpoint security standards
  • Lead IT projects and assist with network troubleshooting in collaboration with the Infrastructure Team
Required qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in desktop support, endpoint administration, or IT systems support
  • Expert level troubleshooting skills across Windows and iOS platforms
  • Strong experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune and Autopilot
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and familiarity with networking fundamentals
