Staff Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of an AI-native implementation system, the full-time Staff Developer will set the technical direction, design agentic architectures, and build production-ready systems while collaborating across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the Intelligent Implementation Workspace and its agentic architecture
• Design orchestration and platform layers that convert customer intent into generated configurations and data migrations
• Own the quality of agent output by creating evaluation frameworks and ensuring production readiness of solutions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building production agentic systems and architectures
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET in software development
• Proven ability to define and solve complex system-level problems
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and production readiness practices
• Ownership mentality with a track record of leading initiatives from concept through delivery
