Job Summary

Staff Developer, AI Experience is a full-time salaried position focused on building systems and standards for AI-assisted development practices within engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve reusable skill design patterns and coding artifact standards for AI-assisted development
• Define and maintain agent context across repositories and delivery pipelines
• Establish standards for AI-assisted specifications and operationalize workflows in collaboration with development teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with experience in complex production systems
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Experience implementing developer workflows across CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Knowledge of context engineering and designing reusable agent skills
• Ability to define engineering standards and improve consistency across teams
