Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Developer Relations Engineer to serve as a technical educator and advocate, driving adoption and maintaining credibility in developer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution and build programs that serve developers and buyers
• Design learning paths and partner with teams to improve documentation and user experience
• Collect and analyze developer feedback to inform product improvements and advocacy efforts

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping and operating real systems with a focus on CI/CD
• Proven experience in Developer Relations with measurable impact
• Ability to design effective technical experiences and recover from issues in real-time
• Strong partnership skills with Product, Engineering, Support, Brand, and Sales teams
• Capability to document learnings and identify gaps for continuous improvement
