Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Development Specialist - Customer Service Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and develop training plans/programs based on needs assessments
- Conduct training and orientation on policies, procedures, and departmental applications
- Ensure compliance with current standards of practice and participate in system-wide initiatives to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Two years of administrative support experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Six years of administrative support experience with an Associate's degree
- Ten years of administrative support experience with a High School diploma or GED
- No licensure or certification required
