Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Development Specialist - Customer Service Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess training needs and develop training plans/programs based on needs assessments
  • Conduct training and orientation on policies, procedures, and departmental applications
  • Ensure compliance with current standards of practice and participate in system-wide initiatives to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Two years of administrative support experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Six years of administrative support experience with an Associate's degree
  • Ten years of administrative support experience with a High School diploma or GED
  • No licensure or certification required
