Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead and shape their DevOps initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end DevOps function, establishing standards and improvement plans
• Architect and evolve the AWS multi-region environment to ensure security and resilience
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to reduce operational workload

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture and cloud-native infrastructure, especially AWS
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and architecture design
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python or Node.js
• Experience leading incident response and implementing observability solutions
