Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer (Hands-On, Initiative Leader).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end DevOps function, setting standards and delivering improvements to infrastructure and automation
• Architect and evolve the AWS ecosystem while leading major infrastructure initiatives from design to production rollout
• Act as Incident Commander for high-severity incidents and implement observability and reliability improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8-10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles in production SaaS environments
• Proven track record of leading significant technical initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Advanced knowledge of AWS and strong programming or scripting skills in Python or Node
• Expert-level experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Solid foundation in cloud security principles and familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO frameworks
