Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring builds and pipelines are fast and reliable
• Identify and resolve flaky tests and improve test suite speed and quality
• Enhance developer experience by addressing friction points and enabling test ownership

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with CI/CD systems such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages: PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Bash
• Proven track record of improving build or test reliability at scale
• Experience debugging flaky tests and infrastructure edge cases
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and tools
