Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to join their Cloud Platform Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage core cloud infrastructure on AWS, setting standards for engineering teams
• Lead platform modernization and software delivery lifecycle improvements
• Define and monitor SLOs and SLIs, ensuring reliability across all environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS, including EKS, ECS, and IAM
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline design
• Experience with observability tools and incident management processes
