Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to work across teams to tackle complex problems and drive platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver solutions to enhance scalability, quality, security, and velocity across engineering teams
Address complex debugging issues and implement automation solutions while mentoring engineers across multiple teams
Collaborate with DevOps leadership to prioritize initiatives and design monitoring strategies for troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or a related field
Expert knowledge of software engineering principles and practices, particularly in automation and security
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and public cloud platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex problems
