Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Building a self-service infrastructure platform, the full-time Staff DevOps Engineer will operate core layers of the platform, enhance agent capabilities as developers, and manage validation frameworks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform, including a unified CI/CD pipeline and IaC module catalog
• Develop reusable platform primitives to empower agents as first-class developers with shared identity and audit trails
• Own the validation platform and quality gate frameworks, ensuring developers can validate changes efficiently before production

Required qualifications

• Staff-level experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a proven track record of operating production platforms at scale
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS services, including IAM, VPC, and Lambda
• Proficient in IaC (Terraform) and GitOps practices, including PR-driven workflows with ArgoCD
• Experience with identity, access, and policy-as-code frameworks, including secrets management and policy enforcement
• Demonstrated ability to build self-service developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines with a focus on observability and cost management
