Staff DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To drive technical direction and enhance infrastructure reliability, the full-time Staff DevOps Engineer will manage AWS and Kubernetes environments, implement Infrastructure as Code, and collaborate closely with product teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Set and drive the technical vision and quarterly roadmap for infrastructure with measurable goals
- Run and evolve AWS + Kubernetes infrastructure, including cluster management and zero-downtime operations
- Build and maintain observability tools and ensure security engineering in a HIPAA environment
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in DevOps/infrastructure engineering with strong Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and production Kubernetes/EKS
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) and CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Fluent in Russian and English (B2) with experience in remote teams
