Staff DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the technical vision and infrastructure roadmap, the full-time Staff DevOps Engineer will manage AWS and Kubernetes environments, own Infrastructure as Code, and enhance developer experience while working remotely in the EU.
Key responsibilities
- Set and drive the technical vision and quarterly roadmap for infrastructure with measurable goals
- Run and evolve AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring reliability and zero-downtime operations
- Own Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD processes, building observability tools that teams actively use
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in DevOps/infrastructure engineering with strong systems fundamentals and Linux administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and production Kubernetes/EKS management
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) and GitLab CI/CD
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Practical knowledge of security engineering in a HIPAA environment
