Staff DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To drive the technical vision and infrastructure roadmap, the full-time Staff DevOps Engineer will manage AWS and Kubernetes environments, own Infrastructure as Code practices, and enhance developer experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set and drive the technical vision and quarterly roadmap for infrastructure with measurable goals
- Run and evolve AWS + Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring zero-downtime operations and effective cluster management
- Build and maintain observability tools to provide a shared view of system health and improve developer experience
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in DevOps/infrastructure engineering with strong Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and production Kubernetes/EKS management
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CDK in TypeScript
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Practical knowledge of security engineering in a HIPAA environment
