Staff DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevSecOps Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the organization's security posture and implement controls, policies, and practices for security
• Manage and automate SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA compliance programs, including audits and evidence maintenance
• Evaluate security posture against emerging threats and manage IT operations end-to-end

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevSecOps, security engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and security on AWS
• Experience owning SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance programs
• Knowledge of security frameworks and AI agent risks
• Experience managing IT operations, including identity and access management
