Staff Endpoint Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building lightweight security components for a Generative AI Security platform, the full-time Staff Endpoint Software Engineer will optimize sensor performance, evolve AI capabilities, and address customer-facing technical issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize sensor components for high performance and low resource consumption across diverse customer environments
• Evolve Agentic AI capabilities by designing adaptive policy logic and improving decision engines based on real customer use cases
• Own customer-facing technical problems end-to-end, investigating and resolving production issues quickly under real-world conditions

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Python, Node.js, or a comparable language
• Experience with macOS and Windows Endpoint Security
• Proficiency in OS architecture and internals
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to diagnose and fix issues in real-world conditions
• Proficiency in browser extension development (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) is an advantage
