Staff Endpoint Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a cutting-edge Generative AI Security platform, the full-time remote Staff Endpoint Software Engineer will build and optimize lightweight security components, enhance adaptive policy logic, and address customer-facing technical issues in real-time.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize sensor components for high performance and low resource consumption across diverse customer environments
• Evolve Agentic AI capabilities by designing adaptive policy logic and improving decision engines based on real customer use cases
• Investigate and resolve customer-facing technical problems quickly under real-world pressure, ensuring customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Python, Node.js, or a comparable language
• Experience with macOS and Windows Endpoint Security
• Proficiency in OS architecture and internals
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to diagnose and fix issues on the fly
• Proficiency in browser extension development (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) is an advantage
