Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engagement Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and direction to the Staff Engagement Team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Oversee the development and execution of care initiatives to support staff during critical life transitions
• Champion professional and spiritual development initiatives, including assessments and coaching access for all staff

Required Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Undergraduate degree required
• At least 5 years of ministry leadership experience required
• Understand, affirm, and adhere to the organization's Statement of Faith
• Demonstrate a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
