Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead engineering best practices and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and drive engineering best practices while writing high-quality, maintainable code
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Expertise in FastAPI and Python, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
