Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture and scaling decisions for core Client Portal components
• Authentication and access management
• Secure cross-platform identity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience, including designing fault-tolerant systems and working on high-scale platforms
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous job processing
• Proven experience optimizing availability, performance, and reliability in real-world systems under load
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL data models (especially with complex temporal data)
• 4+ years experience in any Frontend ecosystems (React/Vue/Angular)
• Deep understanding of Design language and systemsFamiliarity with DNS routing, SSL Certificate Provisioning and Load Balancing
