Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the technical delivery of document management and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and software integration patterns
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams while promoting best practices in Agile and DevOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software solution architecture
• Proficiency in managing large-scale projects and understanding data/system integration patterns
• Experience with performance SLOs, high availability, reliability, and security in software solutions
• Master's degree in a related field and financial services industry experience is preferred
