Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on execution in building and scaling products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve core technical patterns for software development
• Provide hands-on technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive solutions to improve reliability and delivery speed

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience as a hands-on staff level engineer in distributed systems at scale
• Strong background in cloud native engineering, preferably AWS/Azure, microservices, and SaaS patterns
• Experience with data and AI workloads, including ML or LLM integrations
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL Server with a focus on scalable and high-performance applications
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions
