• Expertise in React and TypeScript for frontend development, and Ruby on Rails for API changes
• Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Experience in designing frameworks for defensive testing and debugging
• Ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of feedback and growth
