Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead architectural direction for complex initiatives within the Wealth Foundations product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions and integration patterns to enhance customer outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical strategy and mentor engineers
• Lead the evaluation and selection of technology vendors and frameworks to improve product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software architecture
• Experience with performance, reliability, and security requirements in software solutions
• Proficiency in managing large-scale projects and understanding integration patterns
• Master's degree in a related field and financial services industry experience preferred
