Staff Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Grow Talent Experience team, the full-time Staff Engineer will design and deliver robust software solutions to create personalized member experiences, leveraging full-stack development expertise in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and own new user interfaces, services, and infrastructure
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code while contributing to all stages of development including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective engineering solutions and enhance system performance

Required qualifications

• Expertise in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and GraphQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and database technologies (Postgres, MySQL, NoSQL)
• Proficiency in building and maintaining multiple services and user interfaces, including data modeling and CI/CD
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools and integrating LLM APIs
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills in a distributed working environment
