Staff Engineer

Job Summary

Working full-time, the Staff Engineer will translate customer needs into technical solutions, collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders, and provide mentorship in Agile, DevOps, and Reliability practices, all while ensuring alignment with enterprise platform requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions, integrating systems across a diverse engineering ecosystem
• Lead the development of architecturally impactful components and frameworks for software projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, while actively participating in product planning and implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software solution architecture
• Expertise in data and system integration patterns and technologies
• Proficiency in managing large-scale projects and articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills, along with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems
