Staff Engineer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative engineering environment, the full-time Staff Engineer will partner with product and engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions, influence architecture decisions, and promote Agile and DevOps practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate across teams to integrate systems and contribute to overall technology strategy and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software architecture and integration
• Proficiency in managing large-scale projects and articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of data and system integration patterns and technologies
• Experience in leading teams and promoting best engineering practices
