Staff Engineer
Job Summary
To support the modernization of its technical stack, the full-time Staff Engineer will design, develop, and evolve core technical patterns, write high-quality code, and provide hands-on technical guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop core technical patterns for software development
- Provide technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and architectural gaps
Required qualifications
- Deep experience as a hands-on engineer in distributed systems at scale
- Strong background in cloud native engineering, preferably AWS/Azure
- Experience with data and AI workloads, including ML or LLM integrations
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions
- Proven mentorship and collaboration skills
