Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Ads Lift Measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of features for ads lift measurement products, including design, implementation, and maintenance
• Evaluate campaign performance and enhance capabilities for advertisers through core products
• Build automated data validation and conduct continuous verification and backtesting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar STEM field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Domain knowledge in Ads tech and experimentation methodology
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++
• Strong understanding of system design, algorithms, and data structures
