Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize large language model (LLM) applications
• Prototype and productionize machine learning and AI features in Python
• Collaborate with teams to develop APIs and evaluate the performance of LLM-powered systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning
• Proficiency in backend development using Python (Flask or FastAPI)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and LLM agents
• Experience in NLP or speech processing technologies
• Familiarity with cloud-native applications on AWS with Kubernetes
