Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (AI-Native) to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of reference for the engineering team, ensuring best practices in architecture and performance are upheld
• Lead design and architectural discussions for systems, making pivotal decisions on frameworks and component architecture
• Mentor team members and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code through regular code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience with a track record in building complex, high-scale systems
• Strong full-stack expertise, particularly in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and Golang
• Significant experience in AWS-based cloud architecture environments
• In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices and design patterns
• Experience with AI-native tools that enhance productivity and speed
