Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Staff Engineer, AI Platform who will design, build, and distribute agentic systems and context-management layers for AI-driven product experiences in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement agent systems that leverage core scientific capabilities for customer interactions
- Develop orchestration code and control structures to optimize agent autonomy, cost, and latency
- Establish context-management layers and knowledge bases to enhance agent reasoning and customer workflows
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with agents and LLM-integrated features
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with experience in service-layer code design
- Working knowledge of agent orchestration and context-management patterns
- Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM provider SDK (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI)
