Staff Engineer, AI Quality

Job Summary

To design and build next-generation AI-native engineering platforms, the full-time remote Staff Engineer, AI Quality will create reusable frameworks for AI-assisted test generation, automation, and quality engineering, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance software quality and developer productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven developer platform services and reusable components for software development and testing
• Develop AI-native test automation frameworks and integrate them into engineering workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with engineering and quality leaders to embed AI-powered quality practices and improve testing coverage and defect prevention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing software development or quality teams
• Hands-on experience with agentic application development or AI-powered workflow orchestration
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals across various testing types
• Experience building or integrating test automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates
