Staff Engineer - Automation

Job Summary

Owning the architecture and technical strategy for internal automation systems, the full-time Staff Engineer - Automation will manage cloud-based infrastructure and automate workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Design and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows, including access provisioning
• Establish CI/CD standards and error-handling patterns for reliable automation systems

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing corporate IT infrastructure in a cloud-first environment
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered systems and evaluating LLM tooling
• Strong experience with Workato or similar IPaaS solutions and managing identity platforms like Okta
• Proven experience managing SaaS ecosystems and identity lifecycle processes
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
