Staff Engineer DevOps
Job Summary
To support critical industries with secure connectivity, the full-time Staff Engineer DevOps will manage production-ready software delivery, DevOps practices, and automation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the shipping of production-ready software and guide teams through the software development lifecycle
- Implement DevOps, Infrastructure-as-code, and automation methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain logging, metrics, and alerting systems to provide value to teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery
- Proficiency in containers, AWS, and Terraform
- Experience with DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback and failures
