Staff Engineer, Endpoint Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Endpoint Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture of the cross-platform endpoint agent, including user-space services and kernel drivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement anti-ransomware features
• Lead complex engineering efforts while mentoring engineers and improving engineering processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing high-quality code in Rust (preferred) or C++
• Proven track record in developing endpoint security products
• Experience in a staff-level or principal engineering role focused on architecture
• Expert-level knowledge in low-level systems, including kernel or driver development
• Strong ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
