Job Summary
To design and build the next generation platform for user interaction, the remote Staff Engineer, Experience Engineering will collaborate across product teams, mentor engineers, and ensure operational excellence for the experience platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build and design user experiences across the product suite
- Collaborate with product teams to provide tools and platforms for enhanced user experiences
- Mentor engineers and uphold high standards for technical rigor and system design
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale products for sophisticated audiences
- Experience designing interfaces and supporting technology platforms in enterprise applications
- Proven technical leadership with the ability to influence across teams
- BA/BS in mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred
- Experience with Go, Python, event-driven architectures, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
